Flint's Bridge Opening Today!

An update on the Flint's Bridge Opening. We were notified by MADOT late yesterday that they intend to open the bridge today (Friday January 8th) after noon. They will remove signage in Monument Square notifying motorists of its closure and will remove remaining signage next week.

Christmas Tree Drop Off Dates/Times

From the Town of Concord Website:

The Compost Site at 755 Walden Street will be open on Saturday, January 2, Friday January 8 and Saturday January 9 from 9-3, for you to drop off Christmas Trees.

Do not bring wreaths or garlands - these must be put in the trash. You may also bring styrofoam block Saturday, January 2 and Saturday January 9 from 9 - 2:30. 

Styrofoam peanuts should be brought to your local mailbox or UPS store.

Christmas Tree Recycling Info

Concord Boy Scout Troop 132 and the Holy Family Parish Youth In Service have teamed up again this year to collect trees after Christmas and take them to the town compost recycling.
